Saint Andrews Boys Club was formed in 1956 by Father Diamond in the Larkfield Area of Greenock under
the auspice of Saint Andrews Parish Church, making the club the oldest established boys football club
within the Greenock and District Youth League.
During this time the club has had many successful periods, but when John Kennedy and Thomas Kilcullen
took over the club in 1997, it was on the demise with just the one active team. The club now has 16 teams
with over 260 Boys and Girls from the Inverclyde area, from the ages of 5yrs to 21yrs and is making a positive impact within
the local community.
